I have found the company and Tommy outstanding in what they do. Firstly, I very much doubt that we would get the SDLT refunded which was paid back in July 2017. I only found that there was a possibility by attending one of PIN meetings in Clapham (Property Investors network by Simon Zutchi) June 2019 which helped me to start the process. Tommy checked all the evidence and he could see a win case so we agreed to start the case. Throughout the year, Tommy kept communicating and providing updates on the case. Great service from Usama Virk at Cornerstone. He advised on the proper calculation of Stamp Duty (SDLT) on purchase of a Mixed Use property incorporating multiple dwellings. Too pricey for me but know their stuff

Knowing very little about my SDLT rights I spoke with Aamirah who made everything so simple to take on board. Phone calls giving us chance to talk things through as opposed to many to and from emails, that don't express the little things. Well all sorted now and extremely pleased with the service received.

Impeccable service. We worked with them on some tax rebates for our company as we have overpaid tax on some of our properties over the years and they guided us every step of the way. From providing us with a comprehensive list of what was required, to giving us advice on where else to find what we didn't have, they ultimately handled everything until we got a response in a very organised and professional manner. I am so grateful to Cornerstone Tax Advisers, in particular Arshana Anuraj. I needed advice on stamp duty payable on an additional property I am purchasing.
